From classic Southern cobblers to sweet-spicy salsa, we've gathered our family's favorite recipes that have been passed down through generations of peach farming, along with modern twists that highlight the natural sweetness of our fruit. Each recipe has been tested and perfected in our own farmhouse kitchen, and we're excited to share these treasured dishes with you.

Grilled Honey-Glazed Peaches
Caramelized peaches with a honey glaze, perfect as a summer dessert.

4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted

1/4 cup honey
-
2 tablespoons butter, melted
-
8 oz mascarpone cheese
-
Fresh mint leaves
-
Pinch of sea salt
-
Heat grill to medium-high
-
Mix honey and melted butter
-
Brush peach halves with honey mixture
-
Grill cut-side down for 4-5 minutes
-
Flip, brush with remaining glaze, grill 3-4 minutes more
-
Top with mascarpone, mint, and a pinch of salt



Southern Peach Cobbler
A classic Southern dessert featuring sweet, spiced peaches under a buttery biscuit topping.

8 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

1/4 cup shortening

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375°F
-
Toss peaches with 3/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a 9x13 baking dish

For topping, mix flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt

Cut in butter and shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs

Stir in buttermilk until just combined

Drop spoonfuls of dough over peach mixture

Bake 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly

Peach Bourbon Jam
Rich, vanilla-scented peach jam with a sophisticated bourbon kick.

4 pounds ripe peaches, peeled and chopped

3 cups sugar

1 vanilla bean, split
-
1/4 cup bourbon
-
2 tablespoons lemon juice
-
1 packet liquid pectin
-
Combine peaches, sugar, vanilla bean in large pot

Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes

Add bourbon, lemon juice, and pectin
-
Cook until thickened, about 10 minutes more

Remove vanilla bean
-
Pour into sterilized jars and process in water bath



Peach and Burrata Salad
An elegant summer salad combining sweet peaches with creamy cheese.

3 ripe peaches, sliced

8 oz burrata cheese

4 cups arugula
-
4 oz prosciutto
-
Fresh basil leaves
-
Balsamic glaze
-
Extra virgin olive oil

Black pepper

Arrange arugula on serving platter

Layer peach slices and torn burrata

Add prosciutto and torn basil leaves

Peach Smoothie

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 cup almond milk (or regular milk)

1 tbsp honey

Ice cubes

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
